UWS Residence
The former kitchen was demolished and repositioned to maximize natural light within the space and carve out a new sitting room. All bathrooms were redesigned with new premium finishes, fixtures, and lighting.
Acting as Interior Designer and Project Manager for this apartment renovation, Lauren created the design drawings and schedules for construction. She sourced all finishes and worked with the engineer and architect to relocate utilities to the new kitchen location.
